Refunds and Returns Policy

Whether you require First Aid training for work, as a volunteer or simply to have an awareness for your own piece of mind, here at STS Training Solutions we will ensure we cater for your individual needs.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your the date of the course, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must declare a valid reason why you think the quality of training you received wasn’t up to the expected standard. We can then begin a thorough investigation in regards to the issues you have raised and address them appropriately.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, this includes:

  • Downloadable software 
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as this has been distributed by us on their behalf so we are therefore eligible to deal with any concerns you may have.

 

Refunds

Once your claim is received and has been read, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund alongside any further investigation that is needed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if  a valid reason is given as to why the information expected wasn’t provided. If you wish to exchange it for a place on a future course, send us an email at admin@ststrainingsolutions.com and we will ensure this is arranged on your behalf.
