We are a multi-disciplinary vocational training provider based in Painswick. We offer both in-person and e-learning courses courses that allow employers to up-skill their staff or for individuals who wish to gain certification in the field of expertise.
Our centre is fully approved by Qualsafe Awards, an awarding organisation recognised by Ofqual to offer regulated qualifications.
Our trainers hold Enhanced DBS checks with full public liability and indemnity insurance.

Meet the Team
Rob Towersey
Rob is a passionate learning and development practitioner who takes pride in offering engaging and dynamic training to all learners. He has worked in the teaching and coaching environment for over 15 years starting his career in leisure management and soon progressed into the public sector as a Police trainer and more recently into schools and education. Rob’s experience in working in multiple industries gives learners a contextualised learning environment putting real life practices into scenario based training to fully engage all learners in the learning environment.
Austen Gidley-Smith
Oz qualified as a secondary school teacher and has since worked in training and education in the public and private sector for the past 20 years. Oz has a wealth of experience designing and delivering bespoke training packages to meet the learners requirements whilst ensuring national occupational requirements and governing body standards are achieved.
Oz prides himself on his ability to get the best out of his leaners with an adaptable teaching style and excellent communication skills.
